Cardinal Burger Company

Cardinal Burger Company, the CBC for short, was a casual dining concept that was located in the University of Louisville’s Student Activities Center for several years. This concept’s name and menu were a spin-off of Sodexo’s brand OBC (Original Burger Company) but I was the lead designer for the restaurant’s new branding, including selecting finishes for the interior design, painting a custom Louisville skyline mural, and fabricating two contemporary floating signs for the entryway.

In addition to menu design, I worked with the restaurant manager and cooks to coordinate a food photo-shoot the week before opening day to incorporate photographs into the menu design. Using my personal photography equipment, I arranged and photographed all menu items.
